NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the Brooktondale Fire District will take place on December 12, 2017 between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 9:00 P.M. at the Brooktondale Firehouse located at 786 Valley Road, Brooktondale, New York 14817 for the purpose of electing one (1) Commissioner for a five (5) year term, commencing January 1, 2018 and ending December 31, 2022. Only residents of the Brooktondale Fire District registered to vote with the Tompkins County Board of Elections on or before November 20, 2017 are eligible to vote.

Speakers have up to three minutes, subject to modification depending upon time constraints of a particular meeting. Each citizen is provided one speaking opportunity per meeting; written input is also welcome. • Comments should be directed to the town board. The Supervisor or Councilpersons may answer questions brought forward or defer to allow for further research and thought. • Respectful discourse is required. Please take notice that on Wednesday, November 8th, 2017 at 7:00 PM, the Caroline Town Board will hold a public hearing at the Historic Town Hall (at the beginning of scheduled agenda meeting) to hear any and all comments on the 2018 preliminary budget.
