The Town of Caroline herein known as “Owner,” will receive sealed bids for the Old Town Hall Restoration Project at 2668 Slaterville Road, Slaterville Springs, New York. 

Effective Tuesday, April 7, 2026, Bid Documents may be examined at the office of the Owner and the following locations:

• Builders Exchange of Rochester, 180 Linden Oaks, Suite 100, Rochester, NY 14625 

• Builders Exchange of the Southern Tier, 65 E. Main Street, Falconer, NY 14733 

• Syracuse Builders Exchange, Inc. 6563 Ridings Rd, Syracuse, NY 13206
