The Town of Caroline (Owner) invites Proposals for culvert replacement and stream stabilization work on Braley Hill Road in the Town of Caroline, as shown in drawings prepared by Tioga County Soil and Water Conservation District. Please refer to the bid item schedule for a list of tasks/items that are included in this RFP.
Copies of drawings and specifications along with forms for proposals for the contract are available by email (Angel Hinickle ahinickle@tompkins-co.org). Bidders will be furnished a full and complete copy of the drawings and specifications upon proper presentation of:
1.) The name and mailing address, telephone numbers and emails of the interested party making such request.
Partial sets of the bidding documents will not be issued. Bids will be received at the Caroline Town Clerk’s Office at P.O. Box 136 (mailing), 2668 Slaterville Rd, Slaterville Springs, NY 14881 prior to March 19th, 2026, at 2:00PM. Bids properly received and identified will be opened and read aloud at the Caroline Town Clerk’s Office at 2668 Slaterville Rd, Slaterville Springs, NY 14881 on March 19th, 2026, at 2:05 PM.
The Town of Caroline assumes no responsibility whatsoever, in connection with any failure to receive bids, including those related to any reason for delay, in obtaining or submitting the bidding documents, including but not limited to: traffic delay, messengering, mislabeling, mis-directions from any source, mis-delivery, or otherwise. The Town of Caroline does not assume responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Documents.
