A free rabies clinic for dogs, cats and ferrets in being sponsored by the Tompkins County Health Department at the Caroline Highway Garage on Wednesday, October 12, 2011 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM.  If you wish to receive a 3-year vaccine, proff of prior vaccination is required.
